Prior to her election as grand archon, Tess Stovall completed her third term on Supreme Council, most recently serving as Grand Vice Archon and previously as a director. Tess attended The George Washington University and is an alumna of the Kappa Chapter. While in the Kappa Chapter, she served as archon and was named Archon of the Year for Phi Sigma Sigma in 2004. She is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of The George Washington University where she earned Bachelor of Arts Degrees in Political Science and Sociology and a graduate of the London School of Economics where she earned a Master of Science Degree in Political Sociology.

Since graduation, Tess has held a variety of volunteer roles including chapter advisor, International Standards Board Chairman, and the Volunteer Structure Task Force Co-Chairman. While on Supreme Council, she has focused on improving the volunteer placement and onboarding process as well as ensuring the organization is set up for stability and success in the long-term.

Professionally, Tess serves as the Executive Director of the Tennessee Public Charter School Commission, and before this role, she was the Director of Charter Schools for the Tennessee State Board of Education for six years. Prior to coming back to her home state of Tennessee in 2012, Tess worked on federal policy in Washington, DC. Tess lives outside Nashville, Tennessee with her husband Jeremy and twins, Owen and Sloane.

Dr. Breny DaParre Garcia previously served three terms on Phi Sigma Sigma's Supreme Council as director. Prior to her role on Supreme Council, her volunteer experience has included the AIM Project, Centennial committee, awards committee, chapter key advisor, among others. Breny attended Florida International University and is an alumna of the Delta Kappa Chapter.

A three-time Panther alumna, Breny earned a B.A. in Political Science from FIU in 2005. She also earned an M.S. in Higher Education with a specialty in leadership management in 2007, and an Ed.D. in Higher Education with a research concentration in crisis leadership in 2015. Breny also holds a certificate in “Crisis Leadership in Higher Education” from the Harvard Kennedy School Executive Education program.

Breny is the Associate Vice President for Student Health & Wellness for Florida International University (FIU). In this role, Breny provides leadership over key areas of Dean of Students, Student Conduct & Academic Integrity, Counseling & Psychological Services, Victim Empowerment Program, and Health Promotion Services. She works across academic and student affairs, and collaboratively with units across campus, to support the university’s strategic goals related to building and supporting a culture of healthy living, promoting mental health initiatives across the university, and representing the university at the state level on such matters. Prior to being appointed to this role in 2019, she served in varying roles for 15 years in the FIU Office of the President.

She resides in Miami Lakes, FL with her husband, Charlie, daughter, Olivia, and dog, Yoshi.

Prior to her election as Grand Vice Archon - Finance, Jenny Bernard served as a director on Supreme Council, collaborating with board members to deliver strategic oversight and leadership across Fraternity operations. She also serves as the Supreme Council liaison to the Alumnae Engagement Committee and president for the Beta Alpha Local Housing Corporation. Her 25 years of volunteer service with Phi Sigma Sigma has included roles on the nominating committee, alumnae leadership and volunteer program task force chairman, awards committee and convention committee. Jenny is an alumna of the Delta Psi Chapter at the University of West Florida.
 
Professionally, Jenny has served as the Complex Administrative Manager with Raymond James and Associates since 2013. Here, Jenny spearheads all operations for ten branch offices, oversees performance management, regulatory compliance, and due diligence. She also manages various financial functions, such as reviewing financial reports, contracts, and documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies.
 
Jenny currently resides in Baton Rouge, Louisiana with her husband Lenny, their children Kobe and Kate, and their labradoodle Roxie.

Marybeth Althoff has dedicated 22 years of volunteer service to Phi Sigma Sigma. Prior to her election as director, she served as a member of the volunteer placement committee and on the ambassadors taskforce. Additionally, she has served as a chapter key advisor, Once Always Mentor Task Force member and nominating committee member. She is an alumna of the Theta Chapter at the University of Illinois at Urbana - Champaign.

Marybeth has worked at State Farm Insurance in Bloomington, Illinois for 33 years. In her current role as a business analyst in the Corporate & Business Development Department, she is responsible for budget, risk & compliance, onboarding/offboarding of employees to department, SharePoint design & development and department meetings. Additionally, she teaches fitness classes and volunteers in her local community.

Marybeth lives in Forsyth, Illinois with her husband, John. They are the proud parents of Chris (Megan), Kevin and Patrick.

Meggie Baker Daniel has served Phi Sigma Sigma as a volunteer for the past 15 years and is entering her third term as a Supreme Council director. Over the years, she has served in a variety of roles including serving on the programming committee and International Standards Board. Meggie is an alumna of the Kappa Chapter at The George Washington University.

She found a career which combines her love of people and passion for their well-being by serving as General Counsel for a federally-qualified health center in Florence, South Carolina. In that role, she serves as the only attorney for a nonprofit organization with over 625 employees and leads a vital area that touches each facet of her organization. For three consecutive terms, she has led the efforts for her organization’s strategic plan development and implementation, which involves meeting with staff and patients to develop the plan, unveiling the plan to all employees, and ensuring follow-through in two year increments.

A self-proclaimed “hype-girl”, Meggie enjoys remaining engaged with her first love, the performing arts, through roles both on and off stage. Beyond the arts, she commits time to organizations devoted to helping women and children in her community and fosters a dedication to lifelong learning.

Meggie lives in Florence, South Carolina with her fiancée and their three fur-babies: Watson, a 9 year old pitbull, Casper, a 2 year old husky mix, and Olive, a 10-month old French bulldog.

Prior to her election as Supreme Council director, Beth Davis served as a chapter key advisor, CKA coaching committee, archon of the Philadelphia Alumnae Chapter, and the major gifts and events committees for the Foundation. Beth has received numerous awards including the Outstanding Chapter Key Advisor Award. Beth is an alumna of the Xi Chapter at Temple University.
 
Professionally, Beth is a College Counselor at Salesianum School in Wilmington, Delaware. In this role, Beth guides 85-90 students through the college application process each year. She also teaches a junior advisory course, serves as the school’s Advanced Placement coordinator and is the faculty moderator for three schools clubs. Prior to her current role, Beth was the Assistant Director of Undergraduate Admissions at Temple University from 2010-2020. While working at Temple, Beth served as the faculty advisor for Kappa Delta Rho fraternity and received the Advisor of the Year award in 2018.
 
Beth currently lives in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania with her partner David. They love to travel, eat donuts, see broadway shows, and be Aunt Beth & Uncle Dave to their many nieces and nephews. In her free time, Beth enjoys spending time with her friends and loved ones, reading, running, volunteering and sitting on the beach in Avalon, NJ.

Lia Ham has spent the past 12 years volunteering for Phi Sigma Sigma in a number of different roles. She has received several awards in recognition of her commitment to Phi Sigma Sigma, including the CKA of the Year Award and was most recently honored in 2019 with the Order of the Sapphire Award. Lia is an alumna of the Epsilon Beta Chapter at Ferris State University.

Lia graduated cum laude from Ferris State University in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science. She currently works for Ford Motor Company in Centralized Vehicle Scheduling, supporting one of Ford Motor Company’s most profitable North American plants, the Kentucky Truck Plant. Her diverse professional experience includes working in manufacturing and logistics in the automotive industry, administration at both a 501(c)(3) and a wealth management company, operations management, sales and marketing, and training.

Lia currently resides in Berkley, Michigan with her husband, Eric, their two children, Amelia and Nolan, and their two dogs, Lola and Apollo.

Past Grand Archon Katie Vlietstra Wonnenberg serves as ex officio member. Katie served Phi Sigma Sigma as grand archon from 2017-2022.

She has previously served the Fraternity as grand vice archon, director, chapter key advisor, community archon, chairman of the volunteer training committee and leadership development consultant.

Professionally, Katie has over 17 years of government relations and public affairs experience. Currently, she is the vice president for government relations and public affairs for the National Association for Self-Employed and co-founder and principal of Public Private Strategies, a strategic based organization that brings together diverse allies including foundations, associations, corporations, small businesses, and entrepreneurs to solve pressing societal challenges.

Katie lives in Washington, D.C. with her husband David and son, William.
